Company mission
To make creativity easy, fast and fun. Air rethink traditional cloud storage, and make it easier for companies to get from a brainstorm to the final deliverable.
Role
Who you are
- Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or Business Systems, including time as the product owner of a CRM that a revenue org depends on. You have owned a systems roadmap and delivered against it
- Systems architecture: You think in data models, integrations, and dependencies, and can explain why a system is shaped the way it is and how a change will ripple through it
- Technical fluency: You're comfortable in code, even if you don't write it from scratch. You can read Apex, SQL, and API payloads, reason about what they do, direct AI tools toward the right approach, and verify the output before it touches a live system
- Strategic judgment: You right-size solutions to the problem in front of you, weighing scale against speed and process against engineering, and you keep the most important thing the most important thing
- AI-native tooling curiosity: You build with Claude Code or similar agentic tools regularly, have shipped AI-powered workflows or agents to real users, and review AI-written work critically before it reaches production. You track the tooling frontier, enjoy testing and comparing new tools, and have a point of view on what belongs in a modern GTM stack
- Cross-functional communication: You turn business requirements into systems logic and explain the tradeoffs back to the business
- If you're passionate about solving big problems and growing with an innovative company, we’d love to meet you!
What the job involves
- Air is hiring our founding GTM Systems lead to be the chief architect of the tech stack that powers our go-to-market organization
- GTM Operations runs as an internal product team, and the choices we make shape how fast Air can scale from $XXM to $XXXM ARR
- GTM leaders bring you the outcome they need, and you bring back the plan, the timeline, and a solution sized to the problem
- Own the architecture of Air's GTM stack, with Salesforce at its center: the object model, permissions, data pipeline, release governance, and integrations. You design the details, without losing sight of the whole
- Lead the builds behind each stage of our customer lifecycle — from marketing attribution and speed-to-lead, to CPQ and deal desk, across sales-led and product-led motions
- Own change management from requirements through adoption: sequence the work, de-risk each cutover with test coverage and monitoring, and run enablement that makes changes stick
- Own a living roadmap tied to GTM strategy. Partner with the leaders of Marketing, Sales, CS, Data and Finance so system design shapes decisions from the start
- Amplify the team. Work hand in hand with GTM Ops process generalists and arm them with the documentation, best practice, and tooling to ship safely on our systems
Our take
Every day, marketers waste countless hours organising, finding, approving, and sharing content — this mindless work gets in the way of the creative process. Air's product automates these tasks, giving creators back time to do what they do best: create.
Air works as a cloud collaboration platform that negates the need to move items to and from the cloud when working with visual content. Teams can use the platform to search, review, and manage all their content in one place. Users can migrate their content from Dropbox or hard drives, and once all assets are in Air, the platform automates the work and keeps the library organised.
Air's 2022 round of funding from Tiger Global Group and Headline is being used to build out more product features and expand the team. Further, over recent years that has been a rapid surge in the cloud collaboration market, which is forecast to surpass $100 billion by 2030. Air is therefore operating well in a market that is expected to see significant growth.
