What the job involves

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business
This role will support the Group Head and other Managing Directors while sustaining a strong collaboration with coverage partners across all the regional offices. To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of proactively taking initiative
Coordinating international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements, including creation of extensive trip itineraries and expense reimbursement requests; coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling, reserving conference rooms and catering; preparing and processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately; organizing client & team events; process and track invoices for payment and follow up as appropriate
Assisting in onboarding & offboarding process including desk coordination, floor access, ID creation, etc
Providing support to the Group Head and Business Manager with group presentations via PowerPoint and Excel; liaising with high-profile individuals daily; providing timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned
Arranging coverage when away from desk or office
Developing a thorough understanding of the IBCM policies & guidelines
