- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching user-centric products, operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
- This person should be equally comfortable defining long-term vision and getting into the details of execution. Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a passion for crafting best-in-class user experiences
- Have experience owning and driving product strategy on products with strong user experiences, particularly in SaaS or creative tools
- Have strong business acumen and can balance customer needs with business impact
- Are an exceptional communicator—you simplify complex ideas and align stakeholders across teams
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, switching between big-picture vision and execution details
- Have excellent cross-functional leadership skills, rallying teams around a shared goal
- Are highly analytical, using data and user insights to drive product decisions
- Excel in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments, where the path forward isn’t always clear

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, New Products to lead the strategy and execution for a new and innovative product offering at Webflow. This role is an opportunity to define and shape a new product area from the ground up, working across teams to explore, validate, and build a solution that expands Webflow’s platform
- This person will join our team responsible for building the workflows and tools to empower teams of all sizes to build and manage their sites and teams at scale
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product for Webflow’s Collaborate and Scale pillar
- Define the vision and strategy for a new product area, ensuring alignment with Webflow’s broader platform and business goals
- Drive 0-to-1 product development, leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to launch
- Work closely with design and engineering to craft a high-quality, intuitive user experience that delights customers
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and prioritization
- Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies
- Develop and track key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive business impact
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring that product decisions create real value for users
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the company, including executives, to drive clarity and alignment
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
