Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with a proven track record in strategic process development and project leadership
- Deep Salesforce expertise, with strong experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development and architecture teams

What the job involves
- At Saviynt, we are building a world-class Revenue Operations function from the ground up, and you will be the driving force behind it. You will step into a highly visible, high-impact role where you aren't just executing requests—you are partnering with leadership to challenge assumptions, scope strategic Salesforce initiatives, and own the roadmap from day one

- What you’ll master (Requirements & Solution Design): Own the intake and translation of business requests into clearly defined, actionable requirements. Partner directly with stakeholders to understand needs, ask the right questions, and design scalable, well-structured solutions
- Where you’ll lead (Project Ownership & Execution): Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects from intake through delivery. Drive clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure projects are completed on time with strong stakeholder alignment
- The legacy you’ll leave (Systems Optimization & Data Integrity): Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system design. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our broader RevOps strategy
- Own the intake, scoping, and documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the business
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and partner with technical resources to deliver solutions
- Lead the execution of mid-sized projects (enhancements, process improvements, new workflows) from concept through deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned initiatives, driving alignment and managing expectations
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and proactively recommend improvements
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and related systems
- Support prioritization efforts by helping assess scope, impact, and level of effort across requests
Our take
Saviynt’s Identity Governance and Administration platform helps secure access to corporate systems in the cloud such as Workday, Office 365, AWS, Salesforce, SAP and Hadoop. It was created to offer an innovative, modern solution as its founder believed that existing identity services were not optimized.
By spending its early years in stealth mode, developing its product technology and switching to a cloud based model, the company was well prepared for a quick up-scale. This has been achieved partly because of the fact that it favours targeting large companies, boasting clients like Marriott, BP, KuppingerCole and Toyota Connected.
Saviynt faces a major rival in the form of SailPoint, which was an earlier entrant in the space, and went public sooner. However, Saviyntnt is growing rapidly and has converted some notable customers from SailPoint in the process. The company has continually invested in its platform to maintain a competitive edge, earning industry recognition along the way, and has recently concentrated on securing new customers and growing its partner ecosystem.
