Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or data analytics
- Expertise in building high-performing, scalable email and cross-channel growth campaigns, with a deep understanding of best practices, metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ARR growth), and optimization tactics
- Experience with experimentation, comfort with data analysis (e.g., on-chain transaction data, user engagement metrics), and translating insights into actionable campaign changes
- Proven track record of uniting customer data, segments, channels, creative, content, and offers to drive business outcomes via lifecycle/growth strategies in a Web3 context
- Proficiency in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement, particularly working with marketing ops to set up, execute, and optimize growth programs (e.g., using HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools)
- Passion for blockchain technology and its applications in ecosystem growth, with familiarity in areas like DeFi, trad-fi, or cross-chain analytics a plus
What the job involves
- As a Growth Marketing Manager at Allium.so, you’ll be part of a high-growth blockchain data analytics startup with a collaborative culture
- You’ll develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive growth marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow our customer base—blockchain product managers and growth teams at companies like Magic Eden and Visa
- Leveraging Allium’s enriched historical transaction and wallet data across 64+ chains, you’ll drive user acquisition, track product KPIs, and deepen competitive intelligence for our clients
- Your role will focus on building scalable, always-on growth campaigns across Web3 and TradFi audiences, tightly integrated with other marketing programs
- Establish growth marketing as a repeatable, scalable engine across geos, audiences, and channels, with best-in-class campaigns driving an increasing share of business outcomes (e.g., new subscriptions, API usage)
- Build growth marketing into a core capability, integrated with our audience marketing approach, delivering high-performing campaigns for blockchain product managers, growth teams, and ecosystem partners across their journey
- Develop scalable, automated campaign journeys to deliver triggered static and dynamic content (e.g., chain-specific KPI dashboards, competitive wallet insights) in collaboration with product marketing and marketing ops
- Create testing and optimization frameworks to explore new segments (e.g., DeFi vs. NFT growth teams), messages, content, and offers; drive continuous improvement through A/B testing (e.g., email subject lines, landing pages) while iterating quickly to optimize metrics like demo bookings and ARR
- Deepen our understanding of Web3 customer behavior, identify patterns in their interactions (e.g., chain usage, wallet activity), and leverage insights to refine segmentation and enhance engagement across touchpoints

- High Agency - (One of) the highest commonality between all successful people is their responsiveness, most successful billionaire CEOs still reply to emails within minutes (within working hours). And when you reply, respond fast with effective solutions - and even better, resolutions. If you’re looking for a superpower, you can’t go wrong with responsiveness. Well of course this doesn't make sense when you're an engineer coding in flow, but in general high agency of problem solving gets one very far in life
- Leading from the Front - No one is going to listen (and adopt) your suggestion unless you lead by example. It’s one thing to say We need to do XYZ this better & it’s another thing to build an MVP and say “This is the way we should do things”. The proof of work and momentum goes a long way
- Strong Opinions On the Future (loosely held) It is okay to be wrong, but what is not okay is not to have an idea of how a better future should be. Alliumites take pride in trying to improving everything about the company all the time
- Sense of (allium) business smell - There are number of folks who live to eat at Allium, but the Allium smell we are talking about is that we love folks who naturally want to know why and how the work they are doing builds leverage for their teammates and also relates to the business goals
Our take
As money has poured into blockchain projects and markets, transactions ‘on-chain’ have skyrocketed. While all of these transactions are inherently observable, actually making sense of the immense volume of data is another story.
On-chain analysis (or blockchain analysis) is a field that has emerged to do just this, examining the fundamental factors of cryptocurrencies to improve investment and trading decisions. Allium, that primarily serves crypto analytics teams, provides a range of on-chain data infrastructure products ranging from managed blockchain databases, and enriched data schemas, to real-time alerting capabilities.
Crucially the startup is not trying to deliver the whole package of parsing the data to gathering insights. Instead, the focus is on becoming a platform service. For example, the core product is a unified data platform providing general SQL access, making blockchain data truly accessible for the first time.
