Role
Who you are
- You have 1+ years sales experience
- Your communication and rapport-building skills are exceptional
- You're comfortable with cold-calling if you need to
- Exceeding targets is a breeze, you love a challenge and hate to lose
- You are resilient in nature, you put up a good fight but understand rejection is part of the job
- You are excited to work in a fun, fast-paced work environment with like-minded people
- You have good attention to detail and extremely organised
- You have excellent presentation skills and can also communicate clearly in written form
What the job involves
- We’re looking for ambitious and talented go-getters for lead generation and outbound sales
- Qualify and book meetings with large businesses for the Senior Sales team and perfect your own closing skills by looking after smaller businesses yourself
- For smaller businesses you will own the full sales, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing
- Research and book meetings with medium to enterprise sized businesses
- Schedule meetings by cold calling or email/Linkedin, getting them engaged and excited about Packfleet
- You'll work closely with a Senior Account Exec and support the sales process
- Confidently demonstrate Packfleet software
- Consistently reach targets or exceed them
- Keep accurate records in our CRM system, Close

There is considerable opportunity within the £6bn UK parcel market, as eCommerce continues to rise in popularity. Packfleet is currently operating exclusively within London. They will be using their recent funding to expand their customer base and develop their product.
