• Bachelor’s degree or relative experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT
• Competent with Apple Devices
• Phenomenal organizational and communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Patience and desire to help and solve problems
• Not afraid of the unknown and capable of learning new things quickly
• Will speak up when help is needed

• At Fieldwire, we’re looking for an IT Specialist II to join the internal IT team of 2 specialists supporting users across all organizations
• As our IT Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our internal IT operations, ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to do their best work
• From onboarding new employees with a seamless setup to optimizing security practices, you’ll be an essential part of our growing team
• We are a small team supporting a fast-moving organization. The adage is to work smarter and not harder
• Thus, the ideal candidate is motivated to look beyond the boundaries of their day-to-day tasks, can point out inefficiencies and help streamline, scale, and automate manual processes as much as possible

• Support employees company wide with day-to-day IT issues
• Manage device procurement, onboarding, and offboarding
• Administer and track company wide software
• Develop an internal IT knowledge base in Zendesk Support
• Lend support cross-functionally for All-Hands, virtual events, and office infrastructure
