Who you are
- Experience in account management or sales is essential, with a background in digital marketing as a strong advantage. Proficiency in telephone sales is also highly beneficial
- Bilingual in French or Spanish and a good level of English
- Empathy and strong communication skills to build trust and transparency
- Skilled in negotiation, capable of balancing client needs with company objectives

What the job involves
- Leads.io is on the search for an Account Success Manager to complement our dynamic work environment
- In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- You’ll work closely with internal teams to optimize client success and maximize opportunities
- Expanding our customer network through individual prospecting and sales activity
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales prospects and maintain a prospect database
- Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption across the existing customer base
- Analyzing data to enhance client and campaign performance
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle
- Negotiating commercial terms within authorized levels
- Representing and promoting the Leads.io brand
- Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup and orientation
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction
