3+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
1+ years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)

What the job involves

We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products
You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment
This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams
Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents
Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology
Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

Our take

Identity and payment fraud is one of the biggest dangers facing online businesses. Sardine is setting out to solve this problem by building the first zero-day fraud prevention technology.

Sardine's technology traces intrinsic behaviour patterns to identify so-called "bad actors" online, and detects fraudsters using machine-learned fraud scores and user behavior biometrics.

The company calls itself the world's first FaaS (Fraud Detection as a Service), and its solutions are already drawing business from next-gen crypto and financial service institutions. Onboarding these institutions and scaling its customer base at pace will ensure that Sardine maintains its frontrunner position.
