Who you are

We’re searching for a passionate Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Vancouver Recruiting team!
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting coordinating role, or a scheduling-heavy role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills: You’re approachable, resourceful, and bring a positive, customer-focused mindset to every interaction
A global mindset and experience in working with global teams is highly preferred
Experience with Workday and scheduling tools to track and monitor recruitment process
Organizational and interpersonal skills, to build strong relationship with key stakeholders
Familiarity with excel, reporting and tracking

What the job involves

This exciting role directly impacts candidate experience while managing internal stakeholders across the hiring process
You'll leverage your industry knowledge, sense of urgency and ability to sweat the details to help us evolve how we connect talented humans to career opportunities at Remitly
You'll accomplish this by partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers and the broader People Team
You will be a Remitly brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience journey

Our take

Since its inception in 2011, Remitly has focussed on helping immigrants to send money across the world faster, cheaper and easier. The company has grown exponentially since then and now operates across multiple continents. Remitly put down most of its success on putting its customers first.

The emergence of digital banks with low transaction fees cross-country has increased competition in a space where Remitly was dominant for many years. The company must continue to innovate its product to ensure it is the go-to place for these types of payments.

That said, Remitly continues to partner with exciting companies and improve their service for loyal customers. The company is setting its sights beyond its core remittance service, such as through the introduction of Passbook, an app that allows customers to access digital banking through a partner bank.
