Senior Product Designer, Rula

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products
• Demonstrated success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software, with a clear track record of reducing task friction and driving measurable gains in workflow efficiency
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and (ideally) compliance or policy partners
• Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate tradeoffs clearly and document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment
• Ownership orientation with extensive experience owning product design from problem space to feature delivery and evolution
