Data Science & AI/ML Tech Lead, Nightfall AI

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical development experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience mentoring and technically leading Data Science and ML Engineering teams
• Strong expertise in Python is a must. Go and C++ experience is a plus
• Strong Data Science expertise in using application/business data to create highly accurate machine models for use in real-time environments using variety of Deep Learning or NLP frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, spaCy, fine-tuning LLMs, etc
• Strong ML Engineering expertise with making model prototypes work in a production environment through ML Ops frameworks such as Vertex AI, Sagemaker, etc. to automate data collection, training, inferencing, deployment and monitoring
• A foundational understanding of horizontal and vertical scaling, concurrency primitives, and data structures using Python, Go or other frameworks
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
