Our take
Driven by the belief that technology can help build stronger and more valuable relationships between brands and customers, Braze is a customer engagement platform that helps its clients transform their data into real-time, personalised customer experiences. It develops in-app messaging, push and email solutions for household names such as HBO, Domino's and Peloton.
Built specifically for today's always-connected customers, Braze replaces badly integrated tools and outdated databases, elevating customer relationships through cross-channel messaging, journey orchestration and AI-powered experimentation and optimisation. Through this, Braze allows any marketer to collect and act on data from any source, so they can creatively engage with customers in real time across channels, all from one platform.
Publicly traded since 2021, Braze was recognised in 2026 as the UK's Best Large Workplaces™ and U.S. News & World Report's Best Companies To Work For. These laurels exemplify a culture built on consistent growth and innovation, and its expansion to 15 offices across the EMEA, APAC and AMER regions speaks to its leading position in the customer engagement sector.
