- 5+ years of experience leading the development and execution of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, preferably within a B2B software/technology environment
- Experience with SAP and European markets is a big plus
- A solid track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience directing the development of great content for campaigns that resonate with prospects and customers in their own language
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
What the job involves
- We're on the hunt for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager with a passion for B2B marketing to join our team and oversee the marketing strategy and execute programs for different personas
- This role will play a critical part in driving the growth of our Digital Adoption Platform, crafting comprehensive programs to create awareness of WalkMe's products for SAP products amongst SAP customers, generate demand and pipeline from new accounts, as well as drive expansion opportunities within our existing client base
- Develop and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns: Devise full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with WalkMe's goals, utilizing a variety of channels such as email, social media, webinars, events, and more to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. product marketing, content & design, operations, demand generation, and field marketing) and global and regional SAP teams to plan, build, and execute marketing programs, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and impact
- Establish campaign processes and best practices: Define streamlined, scalable workflows and procedures for campaign planning, execution, and measurement
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Data-driven optimization: Take a metrics-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance
- Leverage insights to refine strategies, improve execution, and demonstrate marketing ROI
- Stakeholder alignment: Ensure clear and regular communication with key stakeholders
- Provide campaign performance updates and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making
- Innovation and continuous improvement: Explore new and innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends
- Test and iterate on approaches to find the most impactful ways to communicate WalkMe's value proposition with SAP’s portfolio
