What the job involves
- As an SDR, you'll be the crucial first point of contact in our sales process, qualifying prospects and uncovering valuable opportunities through strategic conversations
- Your role focuses on scheduling product demonstrations and conducting thorough outbound discovery calls, setting the foundation for our Account Executives' success

- Your role will be focused on strategic lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline growth
- Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives
- Pipeline Management: Master our sales methodology and technology to effectively manage your daily activities and pipeline
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve your sales skills and grow your career
