Events Executive, Phorest

• We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic about events and marketing, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help grow a brand in a new market
• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or similarly fast-paced environment
• Experience planning or supporting conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or marketing campaigns, including coordinating logistics and working with vendors or partners
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and event details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with event organizers, partners, and internal teams
• A good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
• Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Canva or similar design platforms
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to solve problems when priorities or event requirements change
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America to support conferences, trade shows, partner events, and other industry activities, including event setup and on-site coordination
• Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit
