Role
Who you are
- You bring 1+ years of experience ideally in a startup go-to-market function
- You are goal-oriented with a proven track record of developing and implementing multi-channel demand and/or lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads
- You like breaking the status quo and push a tech forward, automated mind set towards growth and scaling pipeline
- Work in life sciences or clinical trials is big plus
- You have excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- You have the ability to learn quickly and understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition and position within the marketplace
- You possess strong critical thinking skills, and ability to understand new and abstract concepts quickly
- You have a strong aptitude for using automated software platforms
- Familiarity and knowledge with platforms like Hubspot, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Clay and Lemlist is a big plus
- High aptitude for tech in general, embracing automation, and trying new tools and processes to streamline manual/traditional processes
- You have a bias to action. Always looking for ways to proactively make an impact on our big-picture commercial goals and taking action without asking
- You are a go-getter, pushing to exceed your lead quotes and coming up with creative ways to engage your prospects
- You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Growth Associate that will play a foundational role in helping a rapidly growing startup implement technology, techniques, AI, and automations that will help expand the company’s commercial reach and acquire new leads at scale through creative cutting edge techniques
- You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and Head of Growth to ideate and implement new technology forward techniques meant to acquire new sales leads in unconventional and interesting ways
- Experimenting with new tools, techniques and building processes that can help the company hit its commercial goals
- Leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize multi-channel outreach Generate sales discovery calls through dedicated prospecting via automated sequences of emails, LinkedIn, and more
- Identify, integrate, and scale automation tools that streamline the qualification process of accounts showing intent based on our ICP criteria
- Drafting and creating email and LinkedIn outreach copy templates and suggesting data-driven improvements to them
- Experiment with creative growth tactics to enhance pipeline efficiency and accelerate revenue impact
- Operating and maintaining highly automated workflows and tools
- Build an enhanced outreach process for inbound leads ensuring that prospects are qualified and contacted in a timely manner across different timezones with the objective of booking an appointment with our founders/sales team
- Build workflows that enhance sales and marketing alignment for higher conversion rates of prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications in our CRM (Hubspot)

Traditional clinical research companies are often inefficient and rely upon pen and paper, even for the UK COVID-19 vaccine trial, one of the best-funded trials in history. In addition, the cost of conducting clinical trials has skyrocketed over the last decade. This stifles innovation and means fewer new treatments for patients.
In response to these challenges, Lindus Health was established with the mission to simplify patient participation in research and expedite the development of novel treatments. On a mission to change how trials are conducted in order to provide faster, safer clinical trials on behalf of companies developing new treatments, and lowering the barriers to participation for patients.
Since launching in 2021, Lindus Health has actively connected patients with clinical trials across diverse domains, encompassing areas such as type 2 diabetes, COVID-19 diagnostics, and mental health. Bolstered by several successful funding rounds, the company is poised to facilitate end-to-end clinical trials and research sponsors with high-quality data. Alongside this growth, Lindus is expanding its workforce. This strategic approach underscores its commitment to reshaping the landscape of clinical research for the betterment of patients and the advancement of medical science.
