Who you are

3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales enablement, or a related role
Digital Experience solutions experience, such as CMS, DAM, AI-powered analytics, or customer journey orchestration
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with web development frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with full-stack development (Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies)
Ability to develop, customize, and present interactive demos that highlight OpenText DX solutions
An ability to simplify complex technology concepts and align them with business objectives
Private Cloud and hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions
Global Systems Integrators preferred
Ability to travel as needed

What the job involves

As a Solutions Consultant you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers understand the value of OpenText’s Digital Experience solutions. You’ll work closely with sales teams, technical experts, and partners to translate complex challenges into tailored solutions that drive business success
Act as a trusted advisor to OpenText partners, demonstrating how OpenText DX solutions solve business challenges
Partner with Strategic Alliance and Partner Managers to develop technical solution positioning with our partners
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops that highlight the power of OpenText DX solutions
Develop and customize demo applications using web technology frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end/back-end frameworks)
Leverage full-stack development experience to build proof-of-concept solutions and integrations showcasing OpenText DX capabilities
Support the RFP/RFI process, crafting responses that align OpenText capabilities with customer needs
Translate business goals and technical requirements into compelling value propositions
Collaborate with Global Services, Product, and Engineering teams to define solution roadmaps
Represent OpenText at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our DX expertise
