Who you are

  • BS degree with 6-10 years of experience working in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
  • Experience in the design of data marts using existing metrics to answer new questions and requests
  • Ability to design transformations that make systems run smoothly with accurate data
  • Data modeling depth with big-picture view of company data situation and scalable solutions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and Salesforce CRM, including booking life cycles from quoting to deal structure, and CPQ processes
  • Understanding of ETL transformations and an understanding of different table types
  • Strong SQL, BI and audit/reconciliation skills
  • Strong communication skills working directly with business owners to design solutions
  • 3 years of management experience

Desirable

  • Finance/business background with strong technical skills
  • Worked closely with Sales or Deal Desk
  • Experience in Oracle CRM, Snowflake, and data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred

What the job involves

  • This is a new role reporting to the VP of Data and Analytics and working under Finance
  • The Sr. Manager, Data Analytics works closely with finance metrics and will lead transforming requests into new data marts
  • The successful candidate will have data warehousing, data modeling, people and process management experience, along with superior communication skills and an analytical mindset/approach
