Role
Who you are
- Are you prepared to fuel the growth of an exciting scale-up that's transforming the logistics industry? Do you thrive on building strategic relationships and creating new opportunities and closing complex deals? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
- At least five years of work experience, including two years of relevant experience owning a full sales cycle
- Experience working in a high-growth environment, preferably in SaaS or a similar context
- Experience managing complex decision-making units and closing deals of a comparable size
- Hunter mindset: You are not afraid of outbound sales or creating opportunities from scratch. Working in a scale-up means that you are willing to hunt, generate leads and actively open doors with new prospects. Of course, you will be supported by our BDR team, but mindset is key!
- Strong stakeholder management skills for multi-stakeholder sales processes and sales processes in international corporate environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A perfect command of written and spoken English
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive UK within the Sales Team, you will have a front-row seat to the growth of an international SaaS scale-up and play a key role in expanding our presence in the UK market
- Own the full sales cycle: You will be responsible for selling our SaaS solution and independently managing qualified sales opportunities from initial engagement through signed contract. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery conversations, developing business cases, managing stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals
- Build our presence in the UK: Identify target accounts and create new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and personalised outreach across relevant industries. Work closely with our BDR team to open conversations with new prospects and build awareness of Peripass in the UK market
- Pipeline momentum and sales velocity: Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer champions to maintain momentum, reduce sales cycles, and improve win rates. This involves consistent follow-ups, addressing blockers, and aligning on goals
- Existing customer growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and selling to additional sites within existing customer accounts, in close collaboration with Customer Success and other relevant teams
- Deal negotiation and closing: Take commercial leadership in deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with the prospect's needs while achieving company revenue and margin goals. This includes handling objections and finalising contracts
- You will report directly to Guillaume, our GTM Lead UK, who is looking forward to coaching you extensively as you build the UK market and grow your career at Peripass

Our take
Warehouses and production lines increasingly employ technology to boost efficiency, but businesses often give little thought to supply-chain logistics beyond their facilities. Peripass provides yard management software for logistics and production sites, allowing them a better view of the arrival and departure times of trucks, to reduce loading and unloading wait-times across the industry.
Founded in 2016, Peripass aims to combat the inefficiency that surrounds trucks entering and leaving sites. This means the right goods are sent to the right gates, and are received by the right people, and also allows the business to avoid unnecessary waiting costs – which Peripass claims can be reduced by 85% overall with its technology.
Peripass is active at more than 120 logistics and production sites across Europe, boasting an impressive client list. Investment in the company has gone towards improving product utility, with further funds expected to enable the company to scale with the growing supply chain management industry.
