Role
Who you are
- Relevant experience in high volume recruiting for either Sales or Tech roles, ideally in a hyper growth environment
- Strong business acumen and interest in tech topics like AI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and other recruitment technology
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for two new colleagues to support our growing Talent Acquisition team with high volume recruiting for the Sales or Tech department
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities driving the organization's growth and supporting key business initiatives
- This role involves partnering with business leaders, and implementing innovative recruitment practices to attract, hire, and retain top talent
- Full-cycle, data-driven, best-in-class recruitment for a dedicated team area (Sales or Tech) with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Drive recruitment priorities by working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively source top talent, and develop relationships with potential candidates to support ongoing talent needs
- Support the team on Talent Acquisition projects (e.g. interviewer trainings, employer branding initiatives)
