Role
Who you are
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Consulting or FP&A or Sales Operations
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, experience with sales data analysis is a plus
- Hands-on, likes to build tools and processes and follow up on their adoption by business teams. Proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiency
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Problem-solving, well-organized and solution-oriented, strong in change management
- Robust project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English Fluent

- Our mission as a Sales Operations Team: accelerate performance and drive predictable revenue by arming the sales team with optimized processes, sales technologies, actionable data, and the strategic insights needed to win
- The Field Sales Operations Specialist serves as the engine of sales efficiency and a key advisor to the Global Accounts Team & Leadership
- This role directly influences top-line growth by streamlining core business processes, ensuring best-in-class tool adoption, and translating complex sales data into clear, performance-enhancing strategies
- Drive Sales Efficiency: Lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams during weekly & quarterly business reviews
- Sales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices coming from Global Sales Operations Team
- Process & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoption

- Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris
