Who you are
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Proficiency in business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM systems)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions
- In-depth understanding of marketing agency operations and client service delivery
- Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance in the marketing industry
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
What the job involves
- Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflows and processes
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage staff workloads to meet goals and deadlines
- Oversee the creative studio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency
- Handle supplier relationships and manage office equipment
- Manage access to agency systems, including onboarding new staff and revoking access for departing employees
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of project management systems
- Manage the process of sending contracts to clients and providing access to agency project management systems
- Liaise with lawyers to review and finalise contract details and scope
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all agency operations
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and innovation
