Who you are

What the job involves
- REPORTS TO: Sales Development Representative Manager
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new qualified opportunities for their Sales Executive partners
- This is an outbound sales role focused on the dental vertical in which the SDR prospects and cold calls & emails SMB dental practices to successfully position the Sunbit value proposition and set meetings
- The SDR role will be based out of our Los Angeles office and will contribute to building Sunbit into the #1 POS financing solution
- This position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role
- Execute on a high velocity outbound sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets
- Achieve daily KPI targets (call volume, dial time & connections)
- Qualify and book demos for inbound leads
- Leverage sales tools such as Outreach.io and Nooks (dialer) to increase efficiency and reach more dental offices

Buy now pay later (BNPL) options have been a lifeline for consumers who need to make essential purchases but need a bit more breathing space to pay for them. Sunbit provides a BNPL solution to service providers, retailers and consumers, helping thousands of communities where traditional financing options have previously been the only route.
Sunbit disrupts the lengthy process of getting credit, utilising its own proprietary machine learning technology to create personalized payment plans for each customer rather than relying on pre-approval based on a FICO score. Their 30-second approval process makes it an attractive option for retailers looking to increase sales as customers can get an in-store decision. Payback has 3, 6, and 9 month flexible options and the platform covers purchases of up to $10,000.
The company is looking to grow after an impressive financial investment in 2024 that reflects consumers turning to new payment options, such as BNPL. The funding is supporting its Sunbit no-fee credit card and embedded financing partnerships.
