Who you are
- 3+ Years B2B SaaS experience in Senior Account Executive/Sales roles
- 1+ years in insurance, financial services, compliance, legal, consulting etc. (legacy industries)
- 3+ Years Salesforce platform power user
- Excellent data-driven, process-driven, methodical, and consultative sales process and mechanics
- Strong pipeline generation, management, and forecasting skills
- Demonstrated top performer

- AgentSync’s Sales team will be one of our fastest-growing teams for the foreseeable future. - Own and manage the full-sales-cycle (e.g. opportunity creation, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, pricing and proposals, negotiation, closed won/lost, etc.) and sales outcomes within AgentSync's culture and values - most especially, Customer Love
- Generate pipeline at high velocity in HUGE greenfields within a small team focused across the entire insurance company landscape
- Collaborate closely and effectively with customers via a consultative, solution selling, customer journey continuity approach during every phase of the sales cycle
- Manage sales cycles using the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Intimately understand our customers’ goals, current business processes and solutions, pain and gain points, budgets, and business outcomes they’re trying to solve for with AgentSync
- Communicate clearly and accurately with internal teams re: your new sales pipeline generation, current sales pipeline/funnel updates, accurate forecasting, new prospective customer requirements, and closed-loop product feature feedback, etc
- Create and iterate on foundational best practice process, tools, measurement, and the critical foundations of a world-class Sales function

With so many parties and variables, paperwork can be a time-consuming headache. This is the problem that AgentSync has set out to solve.
Created by two former LinkedIn employees, AgentSync provides a platform that gives carriers and agents an easier way to ensure they are ticking the right boxes to be able to work with each other, reducing paperwork time from days to hours.

The company has been growing rapidly, and has actually shown impressive activity in areas like strategic acquisitions.
