Company mission
To build a new operating system for global logistics.
Role
Who you are
- You don't need years of sales experience; we're looking for hunger, a willingness to learn fast, and the kind of initiative that doesn't wait to be asked.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Grit, resilience, and a passion for learning — you’re not afraid of “no"
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience
What the job involves
- We're looking for a curious, driven Sales Development Representative to be one of the first voices prospects hear from Pallet
- You'll help build our outbound motion from the ground up, work closely with founders and sales leadership, and have real input into how we go to market.
- The ceiling here is genuinely high — SDRs who excel move into AE, partnerships, or marketing roles with a foundation most people spend years trying to build
- Be one of the first SDRs at Pallet — help shape the playbook from scratch
- Work directly with marketing and sales leadership and founders to develop strategic outreach
- Learn fast in a high-caliber, tight-knit team
- Build foundational experience that opens doors to AE, partnerships, or marketing
- Own top-of-funnel — identify the right prospects, build targeted lists, and get in front of them before the competition does
- Run outbound campaigns end-to-end using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, and learn what actually moves people to respond
- Turn qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives and handing off leads that are ready to close
- Test constantly, messaging, sequences, timing, targeting, and bring what you learn back to the team
- Surface prospect feedback that makes our whole go-to-market smarter
- Build the processes and playbooks that the next generation of Pallet SDRs will use

Our take
Bringing the power of AI to logistics, Pallet supplies an all-in-one platform that combines transportation and warehouse management. This union of TMS (transportation management system) and WMS (warehouse management system) software in one place makes for a valuable asset for organisations that are seeking to supercharge efficiency.
By collecting everything in one place, Pallet ensures that it stands out from less broad offerings - delivering order entry, dispatch, warehousing, billing, customer communication and more. Clients are able to put all their teams on one platform and automate many of their most time-consuming tasks with the help of AI.
With a long list of customers including teams at SpaceX, Google and Apple, it is clear that Pallet has made a space for itself in the market. The company raised substantial funding in 2025, in a round led by General Catalyst, which is being used to grow its team and operations in line with surging demand for its product.
