Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, or recruiting agencies
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency using platforms such as LinkedIn, AngelList, etc
- Knowledgeable about zero-knowledge proofs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools is a plus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategy
- Proactive, self-starter attitude, with experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-talent-density environment
- Ability to work in-person at our San Francisco office and collaborate effectively with on-site teams
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to join our Talent & People team and play a key role in shaping the future of Nexus
- You will own the end-to-end hiring process
- This recruiter will partner closely with hiring manager, to ensure Nexus attracts top-tier talent
- As a high-impact contributor, you will build relationships with candidates, create seamless interview processes, and help Nexus maintain a high-talent-density culture
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Sourcing & Outreach: Actively source and engage candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, meetups, conferences, and personal networks) to build a pipeline of high-quality talent
- Candidate Experience: Create a positive and professional experience for candidates through consistent communication, timely feedback, and meaningful touchpoints throughout the process
- Data-Driven Hiring: Use metrics to track pipeline health, diversity, and time-to-hire, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to promote Nexus as a top workplace through social media, events, and other creative channels
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate assessments to maintain a high bar for talent
- Onboarding Support: Ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles by coordinating with Talent & People teams on onboarding plans and activities

Nexus Labs is creating zero knowledge-powered scaling and privacy tools to support the rapidly changing digital AI landscape. Its solutions include cybersecurity and cloud computing support, all focused on Nexus Labs Nexus Project - a scientific and engineering scheme to enable verifiable computation at internet scale.
This ambitious project has attracted impressive funding from top Silicon Valley Investors. No surprise, considering the far-reaching motive of Nexus Labs: to bring about a new verifiable internet. The Nexus Project is attempting to draw on cryptography, mathematics and computer science to create a general-purpose system for verifiable computation.
There have already been several versions of the Nexus zkVM, and its funding is being channelled into improving its capabilities. The company’s work is cut out for it, but early interest from investors suggests that it will continue to grow.
