Enterprise Relationship Manager, Sharpist

• You have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally with large enterprise clients
• You speak German at a native (C1+) level and are fluent in English
• You love building relationships and are comfortable talking to senior leaders
• You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You’re willing to travel up to 30% of the time

• As our new Enterprise Relationship Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our biggest clients in the DACH region (and beyond!)
• You’ll help them get the most out of Sharpist, spot new opportunities to support their goals, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is a mix of account management, project coordination, and consultative partnership
• Grow Iconic Accounts: Identify growth opportunities and align Sharpist’s solutions to your clients’ most pressing talent development needs
• Build Executive Trust: Forge long-term partnerships with senior leaders, becoming their go-to expert for all things learning and development
• Lead Projects: Orchestrate smooth implementation of our platform, ensuring every client touchpoint is exceptional
