Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar role within other hyper-growth companies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation, while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessary
- To be proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; someone who constantly seeks opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment, tackling unstructured problems
- Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
What the job involves
- The Finance & Strategy Manager will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance
- The role is perfect for someone who enjoys influencing non-finance stakeholders at the coal-face of the business, whilst also owning traditional finance roles across controllership, reporting and planning
- You will report to the Head of Finance & Strategy
- Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and resource allocation between geographies and categories
- Providing daily financial insights and strategic guidance to all of our cross-functional teams, as well as developing comprehensive business cases for new initiatives
- Preparation and communication of Group-wide financial and KPI reporting
- Assisting with Investor Relations activities, including fundraising

Our take
In 2019, Voy launched MANUAL because men's health was being ignored. Hair loss, low testosterone, sexual health... people suffered in silence or waited years to address these conditions. MANUAL set out to change that with earlier access to specialist care and zero stigma.
A few years later, they launched Voy for weight loss. But quickly learned something important: health doesn't stay in one box. So members moved between categories as their needs evolved and operating as separate brands no longer made sense for the company (or you).
So in 2025, the two companies became one, and is now Voy! Today, it supports over 1M members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, offering specialist led care across weight loss, menopause, TRT, hair loss and dermatology, alongside preventative health designed to help people stay ahead of illness, not just treat it.
Now the company is heading toward one mission: making 100 healthy years feel possible, supported and totally normal
