Executive Assistant to CEO, Imprint

• 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years directly supporting a CEO or Founder at a high-growth technology or fintech company. You have supported an executive through a period of rapid scaling and understand what it takes to keep up with the pace
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You manage complexity with ease and have a system for everything. Nothing slips
• Impeccable judgment and discretion. You will be exposed to highly sensitive information across every area of the business. Trust is non-negotiable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can draft emails, messages, and documents on behalf of the CEO that reflect the CEO's voice and standards
• High ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You take pride in running a tight operation and you hold yourself to an extremely high bar
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities. In a company growing this fast, plans change constantly. You adapt quickly, reprioritize without drama, and keep everything moving forward
