Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience with Swift and are confident with modern language features, patterns, and best practices
- You have solid UIKit experience – building views in code and implementing clean MVVM-Coordinator structures
- You have strong skills in networking and data handling – working with APIs, decoding data, and managing async operations
- You have a deep understanding of mobile architecture – writing clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code
- You consistently write testable and maintainable code, following clean code principles
- You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional teams and flexible, agile setups
- You have hands-on experience with SwiftUI for user interface development (this is a strong plus)
- You are familiar with additional iOS frameworks and technologies beyond the core stack (a plus)
- You have a portfolio of released iOS apps, especially those developed with SwiftUI (considered a bonus)
What the job involves
- Design and build high-quality features for our iOS app using Swift
- Work within an MVVM-Coordinator architecture with views built in code
- Help shape and implement our evolving SwiftUI-based UI layer
- Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into smooth user experiences
- Integrate with backend services and ensure seamless data flow across the app
- Ensure app performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean, scalable codebase
- Take ownership of features from concept to release

Circula offers mid-sized and larger corporates an employee finance app that combines digital expense management, employee benefits and, with its partnership with Pliant announced in 2021, a smart corporate credit card. With this further development, Circula aims to become a holistic employee finance provider that can bundle all financial strands between employees and employers in the future.
Other close competitors of Circula capitalising on the spend management market include start-ups Moss and Spendesk. Circula intends to grow its team, further develop its product, and enter new European markets such as, in 2022, Netherlands and Spain, to stave off this competition and cement its position in the market.
