- 5+ years of experience in a customer success, project management, account management, or onboarding/implementation role
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear email and Zoom communication
- Skilled at translating complex processes into simple, actionable next steps
- Relationship management experience, with a focus on guiding and educating partners or clients
- Curiosity & excitement to learn
- Experience using CRMs or workflow management tools to track progress and handoffs
- Spanish Fluency

What the job involves
- Spark is hiring an Agency Contracting Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to guide new agencies through every step of the contracting process
- You’ll work with high-priority agencies, ensure every deliverable is completed on time, and bring precision and efficiency to a critical stage of our onboarding journey
- Create a world-class first impression: Deliver a seamless, memorable onboarding experience that sets every new customer up for success from day one
- Be the guide our customers trust: Lead clients through each phase of the onboarding journey—managing milestones, timelines, and deliverables with precision and care
- Empower customers with knowledge: Teach clients how to make the most of Spark’s tools and systems so they can hit the ground running and see value fast
- Become an expert: Learn both Spark and the industry processes so you can advise customers on best practices
- Drive clarity and collaboration: Maintain organized, up-to-date records in our CRM to keep all internal teams aligned and informed
- Be the connector: Act as the go-to partner for customers, coordinating across departments to answer questions, resolve issues, and make the experience effortless
- Partner for impact: Collaborate closely with Account Management, Operations, and Product teams to enhance processes and elevate the overall customer journey
- Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to simplify workflows, remove friction, and level up how we bring customers onboard
Our take
Medicare is the national health insurance package for US citizens over the age of 65, with most people that seek to enrol in a plan making use of brokers to help them evaluate and select options. Spark is a technology company and “concierge” service that partners with independent Medicare brokers and provides a platform that helps them navigate and build retirement benefit packages for customers.
Handling the marketing, sales support, back office, and compliance requirements of Medicare brokering, Spark bridges the gap between insurance agents and their customers. The company already has partnerships with more than 100 leading Medicare agencies that represent over 3400 brokers, a good starting point from which to grow.
Agetech is a growing market, due to an aging population and longer lifespans, and Spark has benefitted from an increased demand and interest in Medicare brokering. Highlighting this is its 2024 raise of a $25 million Series B funding round that will support its future growth and product development.
