Who you are

- Experienced: proven experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of driving innovation and identifying opportunities for growth with at least 3 years of experience in a customer success role.

- Results-driven: identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, anticipating customer needs and concerns, and taking appropriate action to address them. Focused on achieving tangible outcomes for customers, such as increased customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What the job involves
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager at KYND, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and play a critical role in achieving our mission of making cyber risks simple to see, understand, and manage for businesses around the world
- By building strong relationships with our customers, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery, you will directly contribute to our company's success and growth. In addition to managing and mentoring a team, you will have the autonomy to choose the direction of the team, driving innovation and identifying opportunities for growth
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of a customer's business, goals, challenges, and success metrics. Tracking key success, engagement, and satisfaction KPIs to understand if customers are on the right track, and taking proactive measures if they are not.
- Deepening your knowledge of KYND's services to confidently communicate benefits to customers, and confidently provide training, onboarding, and support to customers, whilst also identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Defining the direction and priorities of the Customer Success team, driving innovation, identifying opportunities for growth, and seeking opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working to ensure efficient operation and world-class service delivery.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration of feedback, insights, progress, and issues between all departments involved in delivering KYND's services.
