Senior Product Manager / Staff Product Manager, Rula

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
• Proven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and building at scale to drive meaningful business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences and senior leadership
• Strong quantitative fluency: experienced in running A/B tests at scale, partnering with data scientists on experiment design, and using causal analysis to evaluate results
