What the job involves

Write reliable C++ code on embedded Linux platforms to monitor and control mining equipment
Work closely with low-level hardware to integrate sensors and power electronics
Design safe and reliable systems that operate in harsh conditions
Create and execute test suites for validation and verification of related software systems

In April 2022, The Boring Company received $675 million in Series C from the likes of Sequoia Capital and Valor Equity Partners, indicating a massive influence on the construction market of America.

Musk undermines the success of The Boring Company with website advertisements for zombie apocalypse “not-a-flamethrowers” and a perfume retail page for his “Burnt Hair” fragrance. Though obviously meant as jokes, these belittle and obfuscate the work that The Boring Company's employees put in. 2024 saw safety violations being raised concerning the Boring Company's Vegas tunnel, which will span 68 miles beneath the Nevada city.
