- C2-level German proficiency and fluency in English with excellent communication skills

What the job involves
- At RoomPriceGenie, we're on a mission to help hotels boost revenue and simplify their operations. Our young, dynamic team is spread across Europe, with offices in Mannheim, Germany, and Steinhausen, Switzerland—and we're looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join us in driving growth and innovation!
- In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest in RoomPriceGenie and connecting qualified property owners with our Sales Managers for product demos
- You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and will have the opportunity to contribute to our fast-growing startup’s success
- Engage with prospects: Identify decision-makers, uncover key business challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solutions to ignite interest
- Daily outreach: Make and track phone calls through Hubspot, connecting with new prospects and keeping track of your success
- Bring your insights: Use your local market knowledge to enhance our outbound marketing activities and connect with hotel owners in a meaningful way
- Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings to add value in your conversations
- Collaborate with management: Help streamline and optimize the customer journey, bringing fresh ideas to make processes smoother and more efficient
- Shape the future: Influence how our young startup develops by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas

Setting and managing room rates is a constant headache for small and medium-sized hotels. Even slight pricing errors can make the difference between profit and loss, and without expert knowledge, they're often left navigating this crucial aspect of their business blindfolded.
RoomPriceGenie's solution simplifies this process by providing an automated pricing system that leverages data analysis to optimise rates. By analysing data from up to 500 nearby properties, it allows hotel managers, even those without prior experience in price management systems, to make informed decisions and maximise revenue.
Recognising the potential of RoomPriceGenie, BADideas.fund invested heavily in the company, as did Five Elms Capital in 2025 with $75 million in VC funding. These votes of confidence, coupled with the company's global ambitions, arm RoomPriceGenie with the chance to capture a significant market share and revolutionise the way small and medium-sized hotels approach pricing.
