VP of Product, Search, AI and GenAI, Datasite

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading AI, search, or ML-driven products in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or a similar complex domain
• Proven leadership experience at the VP or senior director level, managing and scaling high-performing product teams
• Deep expertise in AI, GenAI, and search technologies, including NLP, information retrieval, vector search, embeddings, LLMs, and ranking models
• Strong track record of delivering AI-powered products to market, with measurable business and customer impact
• Experience balancing AI innovation with compliance, security, and risk management in a regulated industry
• Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to drive growth and engagement
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B workflows, particularly in financial services or dealmaking environments

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Product – Search, GenAI, & AI to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of Datasite’s AI and search initiatives
• You will build and scale an elite cross-functional product team focused on modernizing our platform, leveraging AI and GenAI to drive automation, efficiency, and customer value

• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and GTM teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance dealmaking productivity
• Influence executive stakeholders by effectively communicating the strategic and financial impact of AI investments
• Ensure that AI and GenAI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and industry regulations to protect client confidentiality
• Represent Datasite as a thought leader in AI-driven dealmaking, search, and automation, speaking at industry events and engaging with key customers
• Mentor and develop high-performing AI and product talent, building a best-in-class AI and search organization
