Senior Account Executive, Roofr

• 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in outbound prospecting and new customer acquisition
• Proven experience owning a full-cycle sales process, from prospecting through close
• Demonstrated success consistently achieving and exceeding quota
• A true hunter mentality — you’re energized by creating opportunities, picking up the phone, and turning cold prospects into customers
• Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to consistently generate pipeline
• Experience selling SaaS technology and conducting consultative product demos
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to uncover both stated and unstated customer needs
• A thoughtful and effective approach to objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Strong pipeline management skills and a disciplined approach to CRM hygiene
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a high-activity sales environment
• Coachable, curious, and eager to continuously improve your sales craft
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, adaptable startup environment
• Experience working with CRMs and sales tools such as Aircall, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms

• As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively creating and closing new business with roofing contractors
• You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
• You’ll act as a consultant to contractors, uncovering the challenges they face when running their businesses and showing them how Roofr can help them work more efficiently, win more jobs, and grow their businesses
• You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, develop strong relationships with prospects, and create a world-class buying experience from first touch through close
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, while also working qualified inbound leads provided by Roofr to maximize every opportunity
• Build and maintain your own pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting across phone, email, and other channels
• Research target accounts and identify the right prospects, decision-makers, and business opportunities
• Create personalized outreach that speaks to the unique challenges and goals of roofing contractors
• Cold call and engage prospects to generate new conversations and qualified opportunities
• Qualify prospects through thorough discovery, uncovering their pain points, business needs, priorities, and buying motivations
• Conduct tailored demos that connect Roofr’s solutions to each prospect’s specific business challenges
• Educate prospects on Roofr’s products and services and clearly communicate the value and ROI of the platform
• Effectively manage multiple opportunities across different stages of the sales cycle and consistently follow up to move deals forward
• Develop and execute thoughtful closing strategies to convert qualified opportunities into customers
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
• Work independently, effectively prioritize your time, and maintain a high level of outbound activity
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity, and pipeline hygiene at all times
• Become a champion for Roofr’s products and stay up to date on our evolving solutions
• Partner with Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations, Engineering, and leadership to share customer insights and help improve the product and customer experience
