• Leadership experience: 10+ years in creative direction, marketing, or advertising leadership, with proven success managing teams of managers
• Strategic vision: Ability to design and execute team structures and strategies that navigate ambiguity and meet business objectives
• Communication skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize and present complex creative concepts to executive audiences
• Global Brand and Agency Management: Proven track record of managing global brand standards and high-value external agency relationships to deliver results
