Product Marketing Manager, Jobber

• 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market role
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives for technology integrations, platform ecosystems, app marketplaces, or strategic technology partnerships
• Proven track record of developing and executing co-marketing programs with external partners
• Strong positioning and messaging skills — you can translate integrations and partner solutions into clear, compelling customer value
• Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills; you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with external partners

• Through co-marketing and go-to-market programs, we help customers discover and adopt valuable partner solutions while driving integration adoption and partner-sourced growth
• The role:
• As a Product Marketing Manager (Partnerships) at Jobber, you’ll own partner marketing programs that drive customer adoption, partner growth, and business impact across Jobber’s ecosystem
• While you’ll support partner marketing across Jobber’s ecosystem, a significant focus today is growing awareness and adoption of integrations available through the Jobber App Marketplace
• You’ll collaborate with partners such as Google, Zapier, Gusto, The Home Depot, and others to bring joint initiatives to market, while also supporting franchise, referral, and association partnerships that contribute to customer acquisition, partner-sourced growth, and ecosystem expansion
• Success in this role means increasing integration adoption, driving partner-sourced revenue growth, and building scalable programs that strengthen Jobber’s partner ecosystem
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partnership initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, product launches, content, events, marketplace promotions, and demand generation programs
• Build and manage partner relationships, collaborating on joint marketing plans, co-marketing programs, and growth initiatives that create value for customers, partners, and Jobber
• Develop positioning, messaging, enablement resources, and go-to-market assets that clearly communicate the value of partner solutions and integrations
• Partner with teams across Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Design to bring partner initiatives to market and improve how customers discover and adopt partner solutions
• Gather customer, partner, competitive, and market insights to identify growth opportunities, inform strategy, and strengthen partner programs
• Own partner marketing performance metrics, including integration adoption, marketplace engagement, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and campaign performance, and use data to optimize programs and drive business impact
