Full Stack Engineer, 1X

• Strong full-stack software engineering skills with the ability to build and operate production systems end-to-end
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into practical, maintainable software solutions
• Strong systems thinking across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and business workflows
• Ownership mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
• Strong experience developing full-stack applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proficiency with React and modern web application development
• Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data modeling
• Experience deploying, operating, and supporting production software systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of system monitoring, observability, reliability, and production support
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment

• You will design, develop, and operate the internal systems that support production, inventory, planning, procurement, and business operations across the company. Working across the full stack, you'll help build our in-house ERP/MRP platform and integrate critical systems that connect manufacturing, engineering, and operations
• Your work will directly impact the company's ability to scale production, improve operational efficiency, and execute reliably as we grow
• Deliver reliable production software that supports manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and business operations across the company
