Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in solutions engineering, sales strategy, sales enablement, or a related field. Experience with behavioral data is a plus
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of experienced Solutions Engineers (SEs) who are passionate about helping customers unlock the full potential of Fullstory
- Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will work closely with sales leadership across Growth, Commercial, and Enterprise segments to drive strategy, develop creative solutions, and architect long-term visions for our customers
- In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between our customers, partners, and internal Product and Engineering teams
- You will provide valuable feedback and contribute to internal projects that strengthen our competitive advantage and enhance our platform's capabilities
- This is a high-impact role where you will foster a culture of excellence, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to Fullstory's continued growth
- Mentor a team of 6 Solutions Engineers, and equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively demonstrate Fullstory's value proposition
- Establish a strong relationship with sales leadership to develop account strategies, identify opportunities, and find creative solutions
- Develop and enable the team on compelling demos that showcase the value of the latest features and product offerings
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning Fullstory's solutions with their objectives
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to the development of Fullstory's platform
