What the job involves

Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and contractors to ensure seamless installations for our customers
Resolve customer issues quickly and find innovative solutions for future installations
Participate in sessions to help improve operational efficiency using key metrics
Support the onboarding of new contractors, helping them integrate smoothly into our network
Assisting the senior ops team with admin and regulatory paperwork
