What the job involves
- As a Product Manager at Ben, you will challenge the complexity in the employee benefit domain and constantly deliver value (benefit!) to our users by solving some of our most complex customer-facing problems!
- Our team is small, which means high autonomy, ownership, and responsibility. We love what we do, have fun and, while we ship on time, take life-work balance seriously
- Own Product discovery within areas of the Ben business, working closely with the Product Lead and other senior stakeholders to understand problems
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to help drive the product strategy and roadmap
- End-to-End ownership of your dedicated product area, from idea creation to discovery to development to go-live
- Ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development process, from speaking with our Customer Support, Sales, & Success teams, to interviewing customers
- Maintaining the product backlog and running key product activities such as backlog refinement, prioritisation, grooming, developing user stories, etc
- Help us solve complex business problems by breaking it down to smaller pieces, finding truth & insights by going straight to the source and developing highly user-friendly products
