Who you are

An experienced B2B marketer. 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to a sales-aligned or account-based motion
Healthcare-tested. You've worked directly with hospitals and health systems — payer-only or life-sciences-only backgrounds don't meet this bar
Hands-on with CRM/martech. You're comfortable working inside a CRM or marketing platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) to pull and act on your own data
Measurement-minded. You're skeptical of activity metrics and know how to separate real signal — account or pipeline movement — from noise
Comfortable with ambiguity. You propose next steps rather than waiting for direction

What the job involves

Design and launch account-based marketing plays. Turn Sales' prioritized target-account list into specific, sequenced campaigns tailored to each account's context and blockers
Own measurement and reporting. Apply Ambience's account-based measurement framework to real data pulled from our CRM and other systems, grade what worked, and report results that shape the next round of plays
Partner directly with Sales on shared accounts. Work the same target accounts as the sales team, surfacing and resolving discrepancies between marketing's and sales' view of an account before they become blockers
Coordinate cross-functionally to activate plays. Work with Events, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to get the right messaging and content to the right accounts through the right channels
Build a repeatable ABM operating rhythm. Establish a durable cadence for proposing, running, measuring, and iterating on account-based plays so the function scales beyond any single campaign
