Director of Demand Generation, Ivo

• If you are the kind of marketer who builds your own dashboards, treats every campaign as an experiment, and would rather kill an underperforming channel than defend it, this role is made for you
• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing at high-growth software companies, with deep hands-on experience running paid channels at both the operational and strategic level. You have managed real budgets and can show the pipeline they produced. Experience owning a seven to eight figure annual paid budget is needed
• A track record of launching, scaling, and killing campaigns based on evidence. You can walk us through a campaign you ran end to end and the numbers behind every decision
• Strong analytical and measurement skills across attribution, experimentation, lead and account quality, and unit economics. Comfortable in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools, and able to build your own reporting rather than wait for it
• Experience marketing to skeptical buyers in sales-assisted motions. Selling to legal, finance, or security audiences is a plus
• A builder's instinct for AI-native tooling: programmatic personalization, automated workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms that scale you
• Experience managing performance agencies and holding them to required standards
• Experience managing a marketing website, including landing pages, conversion optimization, and working in website platforms like Webflow, Vercel or Framer
• Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment where you define the process rather than inherit it

Desirable

• You will own Ivo's demand generation engine, with direct accountability for qualified pipeline
• This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role built around two things: performance marketing and pipeline-driving campaigns
• On performance, you will own paid channel strategy and execution, from budget planning and pacing, to audience design, creative testing, and optimization
• On campaigns, you will plan, build, launch, and measure integrated programs end to end, each one designed to produce pipeline rather than vanity metrics
• You will inherit a working demand engine and real budget, and partner daily with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to keep the marketing-to-sales funnel improving
• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Out-of-Home, Sponsorships, CTV, and emerging channels. This includes partnering and leading our agency on planning, forecasting, budget pacing, audience design, and creative testing
• Design and run integrated campaigns end to end: concept, audience, offer, landing page,copywriting, paid amplification, sales enablement, and post-campaign analysis
• Own the marketing-to-sales funnel with Sales and RevOps, using lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline progression as your scoreboard, not MQLs
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies for in-house legal buyers: General Counsel, legal ops leaders, and the CFOs and COOs who sign off on legal tooling
• Run rigorous experimentation and incrementality measurement, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks across channels and segments
• Build AI-enabled workflows for creative production, targeting, reporting, and optimization that let you operate like a team several times your size
• Beyond the core paid engine, test new motions across ABM, events, partnerships, and outbound-assist programs, doubling down on what produces incremental pipeline
