Who you are
- We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to take ownership and make an impact
- Education: B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields, with excellent grades or a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or a similar role
- Analytics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Organization: Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to handle competing priorities
- Technology: Experience with CRM, ERP, scheduling, or workflow automation tools is a plus
- Confidentiality: Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business information

- As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and collaborating with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering and HR—as well as working directly with the CEO and CTO
- This is a high-impact role where you will not only support business operations but also gain a 360-degree view of how a company scales and succeeds
- You’ll have the opportunity to influence business strategy, implement solutions that drive real results, and be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Business Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and implement automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Sales, Finance, HR, and Product teams to streamline business operations and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Operational Support & Execution: Maintain internal systems, track key business metrics, and support daily operational functions
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing business initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment with company goals
- Data & Reporting: Analyze operational data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve business performance
- Executive & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and communications for senior leadership
Our take
With the likes of Meta, Amazon, and Google hosting the majority of ad campaigns, contemporary strategies can become overcomplicated and lacking in owner control. Topsort has created a simple and customisable API through which users can create advertising elements like sponsored listings, banner and video ads, and control how they’re shown to potential customers.
Where the platform stands out is in its transparency and privacy-first approach - delivering a direct replacement of the “cookie” system usually used in sponsored ads. Topsort’s “clean room” is an encrypted technology that has zero-visibility into privacy data, ensuring anonymity for those being analysed.
