Role
Who you are
- 3+ years as a software developer building cool things at work or on the side
- Some experience with architecting and deploying to cloud
- Sufficient numeracy and STEM or STEM like foundation to cope with a complex domain
- Ability to communicate well and foster positive working relationships
- Motivation to work as a team with a positive and can-do attitude
- Able to work 2-3 days a week on site in our central London office

- Problem-solve and craft solutions how you see fit, supported by a collaborative team
- Use languages like Typescript, Golang, Python, PHP, AWS CDK fit for the problem
- Have room to develop solutions with great leverage, fit for the future and scale but balance the need to ship iteratively
- Be given a clear WHY but have full liberty on the HOW
- Continue to hone your craft, with opportunities for coaching, servant-leadership, and continuous learning
