Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance ads (Meta, TikTok etc.)
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve CPA and ROI goals
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience managing and leading UA teams
What the job involves
- Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention
- Performance Marketing: Strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition while achieving the best possible CPA: Meta, TikTok, Google etc
- Campaign Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Channel Experimentation: Test and scale new channels to expand Praktika’s reach, leveraging data insights to refine and iterate strategies
- Creative / Brand Leadership: Oversee the creative / brand team toto ensure consistent, engaging user communication and to produce high-converting ad, social media content across multiple platforms
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI
