Who you are
- Educational Background: At least a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent professional experience
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with PHP in Laravel or Symfonyframework and React or Vue.js/Angular, building robust and scalable applications
- Application Development: Proven experience in developing both frontend and backend applications using Javascript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS and MySQL 8, with a focus on efficiency and performance
- UI/UX Focus: Strong passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly, and elegant UI designs, with a keen eye for usability and user experience. Experience working with low-code tools to build and maintain user interfaces
- Continuous Learning & Collaboration: Eager to learn new technologies, share knowledge, and engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement
- Technical Expertise: Strong engineering skills with a passion for exploring new technologies and pushing boundaries
- Proactive & Analytical: Problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and a go-getter attitude
- Fluent Communication: Proficient in business English, both written and verbal

What the job involves
- As a Full Stack Developer with a focus on our operations department team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and physical processes we offer our clients, which thousands of users rely on to set up their remote workspaces
- Your efforts will be crucial in refining our platform to better manage these services, aiming to streamline internal operations and increase client satisfaction effectively
- You will be part of a diverse team of engineers working both remotely and in a hybrid environment, where your contributions will directly influence architectural decisions and elevate our platform
- You will collaborate closely with our operations department to develop new features, expand our product offerings, and improve the backbone that makes our services excellent
- Your work will start on building reusable APIs and components to deliver best-in-class product experiences for customers and grow to into developing a new product that aims at operational excellence
- Design and build scalable and robust applications to enhance the operational efficiency of services within our company’s hybrid working model
- Identify opportunities for rapid development using low-code platforms, streamlining processes and enhancing backend functionality
- Lead the transition to developing completely new, customized front-end solutions from scratch as part of our strategic evolution to more advanced, tailored systems
- Act as a bridge from engineering to operation teams, fostering close collaboration and understanding
- Regularly collaborate with remote and hybrid teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and technical strategies
- Lead the development of reusable APIs and modular components, ensuring that architectural decisions support the platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance
- Proactively contribute to key architectural decisions, balancing technical best practices with business requirements to drive innovation
- Ensure that internal tools are optimized for performance, enabling seamless scaling as the company expands globally
- Continuously evaluate the technical infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement to support the platform’s growth and efficiency
- Focus on designing and developing new, customized front-end applications that facilitate the management of operational processes, enhancing user interaction and efficiency
- Prioritize the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that are not only functional but also provide a superior user experience, ensuring they are easy to navigate and appealing for all stakeholders
- Adopt a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues that emerge during the development of new products, while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
